Our facility implement the following measures in response to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.
We consider the health of both customers and staff.

Approach to visit safely

All floors of HIROSHIMA ORIZURU TOWER are built to allow fresh air flow.
There are no windows on the observation deck and Spiral Slope, which create open air areas.
There are doors and ventilating windows in various places on the 1st and 12th experience floors.

INFECTION CONTROL APPROACH

We have installed automatic thermometers.

We have installed spatial sterilizers.

Staff wear masks as a precautionary measure.
Staff checks their temperature, washes hands and gargles before and during all shifts.
Please keep social distance. Plastic sheets are installed to help prevent airborne infection.
Disinfectants are regulary used during cleaning.

REQUEST TO CUSTOMERS

Please use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Please wear a mask.
Person who has a fever by tempareture measurement is not allowed to go up to the Observation deck.
Please keep distance from other customers.
