• You may be denied entry or removed from the premises if there is the risk of inconveniencing other customers or if you fail to abide by the rules.

• Hiroshima Mazda and its affiliated companies shall bear no liability for any accidents or injuries caused by customer inattention, or for loss, theft, or similar events.

• Entry by members of and affiliates of organized crime groups is prohibited.

• Reporting and filming by media and other parties may occur during business hours. In such cases, access to sections of the passages, observation area, and other locations may be restricted. Customers may, with their permission, be filmed.

• Please refrain from exclusive occupation of any place, or using baggage or other items to save places.

• Do not use mobile phones in places where doing so inconveniences other customers.

• Hazardous articles, and other items which the facility has prohibited the use of, may not be brought into the facility under any circumstances.

• Entry accompanied by pets other than seeing-eye dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs is prohibited. (Please be aware that the facility does not have a place for temporarily leaving pets.)

• Elevator service and some facility operations may be stopped due to strong wind, bad weather, inspection or maintenance, or other reason.

• Be aware that scenery may not be fully visible due to weather or other reasons.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. Smoke only in the designated smoking areas.

• Take care to prevent falls due to steps on the floor when using elevators and stairs, and to avoid injury when opening or closing doors.

• When crowded, entry to the facility, or a portion of the passages, may be restricted based on information provided by the staff.

• Business days, business hours, and other details may be changed for any reason without advance notice.

• This tower has no parking area. Use of a train, bus, or other public transportation is convenient when visiting the facility.
