Display the QR code on your smartphone that you receive after purchasing a ticket.

(1 QR code per person, or a representative holding all QR codes together)
Enter from the HIROSHIMA ORIZURU TOWER 1st floor entrance (west side) and go straight to the entrance gate.
Hold the QR code over the gate's reader to enter.

No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after purchase.

Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The clarity and the visibility may vary depending on the weather conditions. We may also close the observation deck in cases we deam necessary, such due to as strong winds and other hazardous conditions. In any case, no refund is available.

To avoid any possible incidents, we may request that guests refrain from entering with wheeled or large baggage, or other belongings that we deem inappropriate.
Please use the paid coin-operated lockers next to the entrance gate on the 1st floor.
Outside food and beverages are prohibited.
Tripods and/or similar photography equipment is also prohibited.
Please refrain from bringing pets into the facility, with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs.
If you wish to re-enter on the day of your visit, please ask a staff member at the 1st floor gate exit for a re-entry stamp.
